Accepting These Terms

Intellectual Property and Permitted Use of Content
The text, design, layout, and other material on this Site belong to Garner Legal LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view the Site and print or save individual pages for your own reference, and you may link to the Site. You may not republish, sell, or reproduce substantial parts of the Site, or present its content as your own, without the firm's written permission. The name "Garner Legal LLC" and the firm's branding identify this firm and may not be used in a way that suggests an association or endorsement that does not exist.
Availability and Changes to the Site
The firm maintains this Site as an informational resource and may change, suspend, or remove any part of it at any time without notice. "As Is" Basis and Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Garner Legal LLC and David R. Garner are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or anything on it, including any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Governing Law and Where Disputes Are Heard
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the Site will be brought only in the state courts located in Davis County, Utah, or in the United States District Court for the District of Utah, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
If Part of These Terms Cannot Be Enforced
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. The firm's decision not to enforce a term on one occasion does not waive its right to enforce it later. Together with the Legal Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, these terms are the entire agreement between you and Garner Legal LLC about your use of the Site.
Changes to These Terms
The firm may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version posted here, with the date shown above, is the one in effect, and any change takes effect once it is posted. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms, so it is worth checking this page when you return.
