Who Garner Legal Represents
So the right matters reach me, and the wrong ones don't waste your time, here's the boundary of the practice:
David handles litigation only. He does not draft wills or estate plans, and he does not take divorce, child custody, or other family law matters. On the employment side, he represents employers, not employees (the one narrow exception is restrictive covenants and non-competes, which can involve either side of an agreement). If your matter falls outside this focus, reach out anyway, and David will do his best to point you toward an attorney better suited to it.
